Edo state Governor Monday Okpebholo has approved the appointment of Twenty Permanent Secretaries in the Edo State Public Service.
The appointment was confirmed after a rigorous selection process.
A circular dated July 15TH, 2026 snd signed by the Edo State Head of Service, Dr. Anthony Okungbowa revealed that the appointments were aimed at reinvigorating the State’s administrative and policy execution machinery.
The newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are Gina Otamare, Irusota Ighomo, Bamaiyi Osedebamen, Anelu Oziegbe; Ukpebor Ehiabhi Jonathan and Erhaze Samson.
Others are Sadoh Martins Imonmion, Otamere Enodolomwanyi, Enabulele Ikponmwonsa,
Akhimien Eboreime and John Obanor.
Also in the list are Aliu Nurudeen Obogai, Balogun Aiyegbeni Aina, Imoisili Edith Amenawon, Momoh-odihinrin Justina, Ozigbo Osayande, Eigbiremolen Godson Tunde; Efe-Amenze Patricia, Ohunyon Ernest and Melody Omosan.
The new Permanent Secretaries will be sworn in on a date to be announced later.
